Terms of Service

By accessing or using AppDevs Store (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use the Service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To purchase products, you must create an account through our authentication partner. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• One account per individual or legal entity
• Account sharing or resale is prohibited
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Each product on AppDevs Store is offered under one or more of the following licenses. The license you select at checkout determines your usage rights.

Regular License

• Use the product in one end product (yours or a client's)
• Free updates and 6 months of priority support included
• You may not redistribute the source files in any form

Extended License

• Use in unlimited end products you own or build for clients
• Internal team usage permitted across your organization
• SaaS resale rights — embed the product in a service you sell
• 12 months of priority support included

Exclusive License

• Full source-code ownership transferred to you
• Product is removed from the marketplace after purchase
• White-label / OEM rights — brand and rebrand as your own
• 24 months of dedicated support and an architecture review session

Regular and Extended licenses are non-transferable. Exclusive licenses include a one-time transfer of rights at the time of purchase.

You may use products purchased on AppDevs Store within the scope of the license you select. The following are prohibited regardless of license:

• Redistributing source files on stock, template, or component marketplaces (including but not limited to Envato, Creative Market, and similar platforms)
• Using products in unlawful activities or for any purpose that violates these Terms
• Using products to build a directly competing marketplace or template-resale platform
• Removing or obscuring copyright, license, or attribution notices contained in the source
• Reverse-engineering license keys, billing, or other access-control mechanisms

The Service, its content (excluding products provided by sellers), trademarks, logos, and design are owned by AppDevs Store and its licensors and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Sellers retain all rights to their products, subject to the license granted to buyers at purchase. Buyers receive only the rights expressly granted by the license they selected; all other rights are reserved.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are processed by our payment partner, Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the listed price plus any applicable taxes.

• Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing address
• Prices are subject to change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay
• Promotional discounts apply only to Regular licenses unless otherwise stated
• Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are determined by your bank or card issuer

After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email and immediate access to your downloads and license keys through your dashboard. License keys are unique to your account and tied to the license tier you purchased.

• Downloads are available for the lifetime of the product, including all updates
• Download links may be regenerated from your dashboard if expired
• You are responsible for backing up your downloaded files
• Some products may require third-party services or API keys you provide separately

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most purchases. Refund eligibility, the request process, and timelines are documented in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Exclusive licenses are final sales and are not eligible for refund once the product has been removed from the marketplace and source-code rights transferred to you.

Either you or AppDevs Store may terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ends immediately, including access to download previously purchased products
• License keys for previously purchased products remain valid for use within the terms of the license at the time of purchase
• Refunds will not be issued for terminations caused by your violation of these Terms

Products are provided “as is” and “as available” with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

AppDevs Store does not warrant that products will meet your specific requirements or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AppDevs Store, its affiliates, or its sellers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service or any product purchased on it.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
